The Broadacres Neighborhood Association is a dedicated group of volunteers working to make our neighborhood a place we're all proud to call home. We maintain beautiful, well-lit entrances and bring neighbors together through fun community events. From holiday decoration contests and spring clean-ups to yard sales, our annual charity drive, and the Summer Farmers' Market, we're here to enhance what makes Broadacres special.

I've lived in Broadacres for 9 years. My favorite things about living here are the flowers, trees, and foliage in the neighborhood, the spacing of the houses, and the lovely neighbors we've met and formed friendships with. I love walking in the neighborhood and taking in all of the beautiful nature to be found here!

We came to Broadacres because it was a quiet neighborhood with good schools for my children. My children are grown, but I decided to stay in Broadacres because it is still a quiet neighborhood, we have such wonderful neighbors and it's very convenient. Broadacres is a wonderful place to raise a family, to buy a forever home and to enjoy retirement.

Jessica moved to Broadacres in 2020 with her partner and their two munchkin cats. She was drawn to the old school neighborhood vibe that Broadacres offers; close enough to the amities of Knoxville but far enough away to feel like a retreat.
